Agenda of the 2th partnership meeting in Piteşti, 13. - 17. May 2009


13th of May 2009:

  • Arrival from participants from Slovakia, Germany and Bulgaria and an associate partner from Croatia.
  • Travel to Piteşti.
  • Accommodation at ALCADIBO Hotel (http://www.hotel.alcadibo.tourneo.ro/F_New/ )
  • For the Slovak guests - walking tour for you in the City Center.
  • Dinner at own disposal

 

 

14th of May 2009:

 

Programme for the participants who arrived on 13th of May:

8.00 - 13.00: SURPRISE EVENT!

 

Programme for everybody:

13.00 - 15.00: Lunch in ALCADIBO Restaurant.

 

Project meeting activities (in "Blue Saloon" of the ALCADIBO Hotel)

15.00 - 15.30: Welcome, introduction and brief organisation issues addressed by the hosts (GIE). Brief report upon the project's progress (Carmen Stadelhofer).

15.30 - 16.30: Introduction of the participants - knowing each other (because there are new seniors joining the project, who have not attended the meeting in Sofia). - 45 participants, approx. 1 minute each participant

16.30 - 16.45: Coffee break

16.45 - 17.45: Presentation of the songs or poems about Danube that people collected, in alphabetical order: AT, BG, DE, HU, RO, SK (1 poem and 1 song, 10 minutes per country).

17.45 - 18.00: Departure towards the Argeş County Library (5 minutes walk).

18.00 - 19.00: Attending the "Arab - Oriental" Evening organized by the foreign students of the University of Piteşti.

19.00 onward: Free time.

 

 

15th of May 2009:

9.00 - 11.00: Presentations of texts about the "Bridges", virtual or real bridges over Danube (30 minutes per country incl. pauses for translations; in alphabetical order - AT, BG, DE, HU)

11.00 - 11.15: Coffee break

11.15 - 12.15: Continuation of presentations of texts about the "Bridges" (RO and SK).

12.15 - 13.15: Presentations of the interviews and the methodologies and techniques used for making them  (30 minutes per country, in alphabetical order: BG, HU).

13.15 - 15.00: Lunch break

15.00 - 16.00: Continued: Presentations of the interviews and the methodologies used for making them  (1/2 hour per country: RO and SK).

16.00 - 16.30  Small training course about writing for the web. (ZAWiW) Followed by discussion about future tasks and the methods of achieving them. (all participants)

16.30 - 16.45: Coffee break

16.45 - 18.00: Coordinators' meeting.

18.00 - 20.00: Free time.

20.00: Festive dinner in ALCADIBO Wine Cellar.

8.00: Departure to Bucharest airport via Prahova Valley.
